Hermes Desktop Bot Mode：用 Profile 管理長期 AI 同事與例行任務

這篇應改成「Bot Mode 是 Hermes profile 的桌面管理層」，而不是泛稱 AI 虛擬員工平台。依據 Hermes Agent 官方 Bot Mode 文件，Bot Mode 把不同 Hermes profiles 顯示成一組 named Bots：每個 Bot 可以有自己的角色、模型、記憶、技能與 avatar，並能跑 recurring routines、在 group chats 中一起 deliberation，也能彼此 direct message。
